Playing CatchUp: Block Leave part 2

Welcome to Heritage Point! Our family's lake house in Honesdale, Pennsylvania

We had a wonderful but bittersweet trip up to the lake over leave. Heritage Point is Dad's dream, he designed the floor plan on a napkin first before transferring it to graph paper~

We spent the long weekend with family, searching for rocks in the lake, building sand/mud castles, reading on the porch, and sharing stories.

Grant got his birthday present a little late from mom, but he was very excited about his Hungry Caterpillar quilt, he'd point at all the foods and announce their names to anyone who'd listen! The 4th is a magical time at the lake, especially with Geoff home to experience it and I can't wait for all of the 4ths to come when Grant will be awake for the fireworks and be as impressed as we all are!
