Its official; House Hunt 2010 is ON!
We booked tickets to fly to NC in January to start the house hunt for Fayetteville. I've had SO much fun pouring over MLS listings, crunching the numbers and discussing "wants" with Geoff (him, some brick; me, great room, great kitchen, great dining room, etc.) Our real estate agent is going to make a mad dash to try and show me as many things as possibly in a few days, I'm stressed out and excited about it already!
So if anyone knows anything about Fayetteville NC neighborhoods and school districts, PLEASE share away!
