so heres the post when we share all of our favorite munchies, fun right?!? hopefully it'll be insightful because everyone can use some new inspiration when it comes to game day favorites. Here are our favorites:
Feta & Black Bean Dip- from the Monogram Chick
Serves 30 (This makes a TON of dip and can easily be reduced and still feed a small army)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
3 (15 ounce) cans Shoe Peg corn, drained and rinsed
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 (8 ounce) block feta cheese, crumbled
Whisk the sugar, vinegar and oil in a large bowl. Add the black beans, corn, scallions, cilantro and cheese and mix well. Chill until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.

(be warned this stuff is decadently addicting)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup toffee bits (Heath)
8oz cream cheese softened
blend all ingredients together, cover and let stand in fridge for several hours to let the toffee soften then serve with apple slices (or pretzels and graham crackers)
Collegiate Hummus
8 ounces prepared hummus
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup chopped tomato
garlic salt
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
pepper
4 ounces shredded Swiss
2 tablespoons chopped green olives
2 tablespoons chopped parsley and green onions
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup chopped tomato

Combine hummus and cumin, spread on the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish.
Top with a layer of tomatoes, seasoned with garlic salt.
Add the cucumbers and sprinkle with pepper.
Add a layer of Swiss topped with olives, then sprinkle with chopped parsley & green onions
Top with a layer of tomatoes, seasoned with garlic salt.

OMG I want some of your toffee dip right now. And I got your email the other day and I need to get back to you but Winterfest is next Friday so I an a crazy person until then. Here is ny favorite snack food:
Taco Leftovers Dip
Spread one can of refried beans on the bottom of a 9x9 dish. Add seasoned cooked ground beef (taco meat) on top of that layer. Then put shredded cheese and finally cover the whole thing with salsa verde. Serve with tortilla chips.
