Jim and Katie (and don't forget Ruby) came for a visit this past weekend and we had a blast! Some Madden games, tummy time with the little ones, Crawfish and a whole lot of laughs. Heres a little recap:
At first Grant wasn't sure of what to make of Ruby kisses but as the weekend went on he'd squeal everytime she came into the room and laughed as she tried to get his toes.

Saturday was absolutely beautiful and we had a fun adventure to the Cameron Park Zoo in Waco. Who would have thought that a $7 zoo trip could be so good. We had a blast walking around, Grant loved the otters swimming right by him and all of the adults loved the dancing bear. We were amazed by how close visitors were to the actual animals, not much was standing between us and them (sometimes a bit scary)
I also had a blast with the new camera actually getting to use the zoom and all of the gadgets. (...so most of the pictures are my attempt at National Geographic shots) Some of the pictures to note are Jim with the Buffalo :o) and 2915 with the Bear on Geoff's reflection.
Sunday we went to InnerSpace Cavern, a huge cave in Georgetown. I had been with my Grandmother when I was little but it was quite different to go as an "adult" and it ended up being the perfect way to spend a rainy Sunday. http://share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=8BZMmzJw5aNnq¬ag=1
They are off to Florida but hopefully we'll be able to do a Madison trip soon (preferably not when its in a 37 degree "heatwave")
