4 medium potatoes cut into large chucks (I use red potatoes and 1/8th them)
1 packet Onion Soup mix (I use Lipton's Recipe Secrets)
1/3 cup olive oil (or in my case just a good dosing)
-put everything in a gallon sized ziplock, seal and do the shake, shake dance-
spray a baking pan with pam, pour in seasoned potatoes
bake at 425 for 40 minutes
makes a batch of oohey goohey centered baked potatoes with a crispy oniony crust* amazing!
