1 year, 1 month, and 1 day later we celebrated our anniversary by having the top layer of wedding cake. I must say that for cake that had been in the freezer for a year, flown in a suitcase and delievered to Texas it wasn't half bad... and 1 year, 1 month and 1 day later I just might be over the fact that it wasn't cut and served at the wedding as we wanted it to be! :o)

1 year, 1 month, and 1 day later we celebrated our anniversary by having the top layer of wedding cake.
