sweet Carter is just on the cusp of walking. He'll stand without touching anything for a second before he even knows it (but when he does realize he freaks out a bit) He babbles and blows raspberries with the best of them and has started honest-to-God throwing his head back when he laughs! What can I say, a boy after my own heart~
